Spirometers Save Lives
One night my son wouldn’t stop coughing no matter what I did. I eventually took him to the hospital to make sure there was nothing going on. He was so little I felt so bad for him. After we got back to the room in the hospital they hooked him up to this funny looking machine. I saw them in every room and I asked the nurse what they were. She told me they were spirometers. She told me they tested the oxygen and helped to diagnose lung problems. It turned out my son had asthma I’m so glad I took him in.
