I was calling around for an auto insurance quote the other day when I realized that it is really dumb to call people and do this now that so many companies offer it online. I hate being stuck on hold on the phone and doing this online instead would alleviate the pain of sitting on the phone and giving them my information for them not to end up calling me back!
