Weight Loss is Hard

I am going to see my doctor in a couple of days, and I am going to ask her about the skinny (no pun intended!) on weight loss pills. I know that there is not a miracle drug that will make me lose a million pounds right away, but I want to know which pills are the best to help me gain energy, and possibly feel like I am full after only eating a small meal. I am going to ask for her suggestions, and then go from there.
